Hello everyone

Iv'e been brewing for about 8 yrs now(extracts and sometime with grains) I want to get into all grain brewing but dont have enough time right now with family and everything. I live in Frankenmuth MI, a pop. of about 4000 and two micro breweries, a bavarian festival, a beer festival and the first October Fest outside of Munich to be sanctioned by the Bavarian Parliament and the City of Munich. LIFE IS GOOD!!

Welcome. I'll be in Frankenmuth this weekend. Plan to tour the brewery. And of course dinner at Zehnders. Last time I was up, Kerr's Sausage was closed and I was bummin'. I've only been there once since they build that Bavarian Village shopping center. Took my friends 5 year old to the mirror maze. That was a trip. I secretly enjoyed it as much as he did.

I didn't know there was a second brewery other that Frankenmuth Brewery. I'd like to check it out.

I sent 6 different homebrews up ahead of me. I'll be in the Detroit area through the week, but ALWAYS visit Frankenmuth. Let me know if you want to exchange homebrew. Or at least point me toward the non-touristy part of life.
