Does that mean you have to get deer pee in the water? :D

I was under the impression Blue Moon had always been produced by Coors, or am I mistaken in that belief?

It's an unfortunate reality yes. I really enjoyed it until I received that bit of info.

I think that Blue Moon started out on their own but were bought out about the time that Red Hook and Pete's were bought as well, early to mid nineties right?

Actually I'm not sure, you may be right. I do know that we are close to the top of the nation in Giardia cases, so be sure to filter your water (and your Coors?)...

You may have also noticed that the Coors brewery is downhill from the old Rocky Flats nuclear weapons plant a couple miles up the highway. I wonder if that "rocky mountain spring water" glows in the dark?

Pete's is owned by Coors? As in Pete's Wicked Ale?

...it still says "Pete's Brewing Company" on their website. Hmm, if they did buy it out how did they manage to not screw up their brews?

I am pretty sure Pete's is own by a big brewery, not sure which one though.

I don't find their beer that great personally, definitely not the first thing I would pick up at the liquor store.
