Color me dull, but how did you locate that "show"~??
I plugged biofine into the search window and got nuthin'.

Unfortunately there is nothing about the dialog that addresses the question of natural carbonation and whether it leaves any residual yeasts. Those guys are all about larger production and forced carbonation, I would suspect. When asked about using it in a corny he suggested rocking the tank to mix it. Even the small scale issue raised at the end was about a forced carbonation approach.

I just got off the horn with the people at MidWest who say it'll operate like Isinglass stripping as much away as it can.
I only used one tablespoon in a 6 gallon batch. So there's a shot it won't have got all the yeast . But I'm thinking I should add a vial of WLP011 at bottling anyway just to be sure.

When adding more yeast for bottling (a thing I have not prior done):
Does one pre-ferment the yeasts in DME to deprive them of oxygen or just up end a vial of yeast into the bottling bucket or fermenter along with the sugar charge?
There is No chance of Using CO2 injection VIA the racking arm to introduce it, as I don't have a CO2 tank.

I'm thinking I might rack off a couple of bottles worth now, with the appropriate amounts of sugar in them, and see if they carbonate. That'd answer the question.

Midwest brewing supplies at Midwestsupplies.com. They sell it in 1-2oz bottles. That's the only place so far I've been able to find it. I also ordered some and asked a few application questions. As soon as I hear back I'll post it as well as after I use it.
