Hi. I am a 54 year old beer lover who has a problem. Im allergic to alcohol.
A couple of yeaqrs ago i got hives from alcohol so i havent touched a drop since. But.... I Love beer , not the cheap swill either. English and Scottish , irish as well as european and top beers from asia.
I can only drool when i go in a good liquor store and see all the varieties of what i cannot have.
Heres my question.... my daughter suggested bringing the beer to a boil and in turn cause the alcohol to evaporate. but that would kill the carbonation. so is it possible to recarbonate beer? I kinow you can buy a carbonator but i wont without knowing that it will work
My daughter also suggested dropping a small chunk of dry ice in the beer and closing the top quick but that sounds too simple. What do any of you think I willing to listen to all....
