I adjust for the soil load I am wanting to remove, but use amounts similar to 11amas as a starting point.

If you rinse and clean your equipment immediately after using it and dump that out before starting with the PBW, cleaning is much easier.

Scrubbing a carboy on the auto washer right now after just racking to the keg.

its been my experiance that PBW cleans copper much better than oxyclean .....

i use both ... but i save the pbw for copper and the tough jobs .....

I use one scoop -(about 4 oz. by weight) for 5 - 6 gallons of hot water.
