Is ther any more info on this? Other than "it's terrible" period

I used gelatin for the first time last batch and was pleased with the results. What do others think?

That is how I plan to do it when I get some. Since this will make all sorts of gunk settle to the bottom of the keg, you will most likely have some of it in the first pint or so from the keg. Once the flow clears a space around the bottom of the dip tube, the biofine should keep the rest of it glued together enough to keep it out of your pour. Of course if you move the keg again, you will have some more in your next couple of pours.

You should be able to put it in the primary at the end of fermentation and then rack off. Use it as you would gelatin.

Good question, I've used it on a dozen or so batches with great results. Gelatin does not seem to strip out hop aroma/flavor, but I do find post-fining that the beer is a little less bitter. I believe is just a function of the yeast dropping out and would happen without fining. It sounds like this guy is shooting from the hip a little bit, how is it 'terrible'? However, I haven't done side-by-sides with other fining agents so I can't say it's the best one out there.

I'm also interested in this answer. I've used gelatin on a lot of my recent beers and they're clear as hell and taste like I think they should.
