Finally started listening to all the archives a couple weeks ago...great stuff!
Can't wait to tune in for a full show live on Sunday! Caught the last 20 minutes of the last live show.
Been brewing for about 2 years now. Started out with extract brewing, did several batches of those and then a partial mash clone of Chimay Blue (still have plenty of bottles of that!). Came out stronger than the original product, but I loved working with that amoun of grain.
Finally went All grain About a year ago in the process of upgrading my setup so we could have 2 kegs to serve at every one of the school football games that we went to that year. Currently I'm on a hiatus while setting up my stuff to brew in my new apartment. (Was at parent's house after graduating) Hoping to brew sometime in the next month.
