Brewing in Point Pleasant, NJ

Wed Sep 06, 2006 4:51 pm

Hello all!! I just completed my 5th extract brew (2 good (RBA & IPA), 1 bad (Stout) and 2 in fermenters (Belgium Ale and Chocolate Cream Stout).

I'm trying to go thru the archives but can't get thru them quick enough. I also love the shows and the chemistry between the brewcasters, plus the special guests that always call in. Keep up the good work to all!!

Bub, if he isn't calling you special then I am. But of course it's in that good loveable, relatable, drunken uncle kind of way.

Oh yeah... welcome Sipher!

My first stout was awful too, though I choked it down over time. They say it takes a while to mellow but I still have a few left and they all taste penny/bloodish after 4 months...I just ice them to 32F and drink them after I'm too drunk to appreciate them anyways. Welcome aboard :)
