Thanks Push and Brad... I have a mini fridge that will be used for dispensing so I don't know about crashing the temp too low but I could keep the brite tank in there for a few weeks before I transfer.

I do nothing of the sort. I do not do "secondary". Most of the folks describe my process correctly, but it has nothing to do with conicals. I let the beer sit on the yeast until everything fermentation/yeast related is complete. Then the beer gets kegged and carbonated.
