I had what my father in law calls a "lab table." It is from a science lab. It is just a powdercoated workbench frame, but the cool thing is that it has adjustable height legs. I have it all the way up right now, but if and when i switch to bigger batches, i can lower the table down for a better angle on things. But yes, had the workbench frame laying around, and just made some supports for the pots. I am not a good welder yet so I let the supports just hang over the top of the frame instead of welding them flush with the top. ( i can always come back later and cut these down and weld them flesh if i want to.) Just worried about the weight. Could you imagine a 7 gallons of boiling liquid dropping. Not good.
