There are plastic sleeves that keep the shelves from sliding but nothing gets so hot that it even comes close to melting I haven't burnt myself on anything here.

BB, that looks sweet. Are there any more pics available anywhere of that setup? I'd like to see pics of the burners and all that. I'd be nice to see that in action too.

There really ain't much to see, it's a pretty simple basic system. There are 3 burners, 2 Bayou Classic burners and one old turkey fryer burner in the middle. Three Bayou burners was just a little to wide for the stand so the turkey fryer worked great. I use the turkey fryer to heat the strike water in the mash tun to approx 164 degrees, I use the BC burner on the right to heat my sparge water to approx 165-170, and I use the BC burner on the left for the boil kettle. Of course this is all over kill, you could do this easily with 2 burners and with out the pump.

I had a similar idea as I have two racks of this stuff in my garage at the moment.

Unfortunatley its full of scuba gear at the moment
(but not for long) :D
