Recipe Help

Thu Aug 20, 2009 7:52 pm

Some friends and I are brewing all Labor Day weekend, and are buying at sack price for 20# bags. We'll have 4 lbs. of pale malt and 6 lbs. of munich left over. Anybody know any good recipes (5 gal, all grain of course) that use a good combination of pale and munich? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you have the makings of a pretty good altbier going already. Just with 2-row instead of pils.

Throw in some Mittelfruh and use some altbier yeast and you're golden.
