Went with Digital SMART , Kettle diverter-maximizer, 15 gallon kettles, counterflow chiller pump system.
On tap at the LAB.

Today was the big clean, testing out the system (pumps, checking for leaks) and an all around cumfest just looking at it.. it truly is a Sculpture.
TOMORROW= KOLSCH and if the rain stays away, Barleywine.

Lightning struck the house 2 doors down during my prep, so I gently wheeled the sculpture back in the garage, took 5 steps back into the house and went on to drink MANY MANY Sam Adams Lagers to calm my nerves.

next try in 5 hours.
