CYBI Moose Drool...or recommend me a good saison. I haven't come across one I would want 5 gallons of yet, including Ommegangs.

man if you don't like Saison DuPont or Hennepin maybe you just don't like saison. nothin wrong with that. i would say definitely try a dark saison if you ever see one, might be just the ticket.

I'm in, and I agree that at this time of year the saison seems fairest for those of us in warm climes. I'm not sure that I like the CYBI idea; it seems like this might prove confusing for the judges - are we judging to style, or to cloning? Plus, most of the CYBI brews would be hard to find for at least some of the entrants.

Wasn't the first Community brew a scottish 70, I wasn't a part of it.

Not that it looks like it's winning but I think we should keep it fresh.

.......Or a not CYBI beer, but a popular one, what about Tasty's APA? I know Janets Brown was done it in #2, but Tasty is a great guy. Who else shows up with a keg of his own beer as your getting on a bus?
