calling all hop heads

Ok i'd like to make my first IPA, and i would like to use up the hops i have laying around: 1.9 oz northern brewer, 2.5 oz willamette, .5 oz Liberty, i still need to by the reast of my grain so if you think there is anything that could be added i can still pick it up! 12 lbs 2 row .5 lbe 20L. .5 lbs 60L what else should i add for malts?

I usually keep my IPA grain bills pretty simple like 12 lb 2 row and 1 lb 10L crystal malt. Sometimes I'll substitute a lb of wheat for base malt to increase head retention. Your grain bill looks good, I wouldn't add anything to it. Your hops should give you a decent English style IPA. I would use the Liberty for bittering (60 Min) and divide the remaining hops between 3 additions (10, 5 and 0 min). You could save .5 to 1 oz of the Willamette for dry hopping if you want. Good Luck!

nice!! i'm going with a little of both of what you guys said. just curious is the 5 min addition of NB really at 5 min or should that be 25? i've never seen so much space between additions? But im also very new to this sooo i haven't seen much.

I'd do a 5min. addition of Northern Brewer so you get a little out of it rather than just bittering. They are a decent aroma hop, take advantage of it.
