The plumbing looks complex, but will basically allow me to divert through the HERMS and/or purge the coil of wort without having to move any hoses. Just flip switches and turn valves.

You're a guitar player? That figures!

I'd like to see your flow diagram if 'ya got one (and I expect you do).

And I see a 1/4 inch phone plug and two female Dins beside it. What 'dem thangs do boss?

I not only play them..... I make them.... This one is a curly walnut beauty, with three stacked humbuckers, and some custom wiring with a push/pull volume pot. I can basically get a couple of extra pickup configurations.

I'll post the plumbing schematic when I get a chance.

Cool! I tried my hand at it some. I "made" a baritone using a walnut Warmoth hollow strat body and a Deep 6 neck, and then futzed around with the pickups forever. Tried Hot Rails and vintage rails, and finally settled on Seymour APS-2 in the neck and middle, and a Duckbucker in the bridge. I gig it, but I'm not 100% happy with the sound. Might be the walnut. It just ain't got that Twang.

My newest toy is a Jerry Jones Shorty 12. Very cool mandolin-ish sound.
