good point. this was just a test, and the office clip looked uneffected. still i'm going to poke some holes in the screen and secure it with stainless screws.

Very clever, very simple idea. I think I'm gonna add one my self, as soon as I locate some screen material.

Awesome idea, dude. Your pix show it works well. Have you noticed any issues with darker beers, especially higher gravity ones? Anytime your wort pH goes much below 5.0, the trub pile can have issues staying together.

thats pretty neat. do you have to whirlpool pretty hard to get it all in the center like that?
