Oz, is 150f (65.6c) a good mash temp for single infusion Aussie ale? I'm just wondering about attenuation with a lower mash temp coupled with the addition of cane sugar getting a bit thin.

Good thread. I've been looking into brewing one of these myself.

i think the lower mash temp is spot on, most of the Ozzie megga brews are thin on body
