Now get your brewing partner to show up at the Big Brew and set everything up, with the exception of your control panel.

Rent a helicopter, put on a double breasted Armani and some dark sunglasses. Have the pilot land the helicopter in the parking lot - next to all the other homebrewers. Jump out of the copter with your control panel handcuffed to your wrist. Hook it up and have your partner finish the brew, while you stand nearby, scanning the crowd. If anybody gets near the sculpture, pounce on them and beat the shit out of them. When its done, re-cuff the control panel and jump back in the helicopter.

Oh, and make sure someone else is videotaping the entire thing, for YouTube.
