Congrats on the twins! I have one of those too. Makes a great fermenter. Never have to worry about blow off on 5 gallon batches with those things.

When I use mine as a fermenter, I don't use a regular airlock. I just hook up a QD to the gas side and run the tubing down to a bottle of sanitizer. Make sure you don't make the same mistake I made years ago. I hooked the QD up to liquid side and when the yeast began working the CO2 started pumping wort all over the place!

Guy on the more beer forum from Texas was selling them. Sold them to me for 120 each and that included shipping. Need to get some orings and another barbed gas disconnect. Then I will be set with a double stainless fermenter set up.
