We can go to any Texas winery and buy as much of their wine as we can carry. If we go to a Texas Microbrewery, they can't even tell us which stores carry their beer. Today, two bills were introduced in the House and the Senate that would allow microbrewers to sell their product directly to the public at the brewery.
