Ok, I've made my IPA recipe several times (slight modification of Jamil's--yes Jamil I did make it your way first!). Moral of the story, each of the few previous times I've made it I get that deliciously big hop aroma. For some reason this time, I did not.
The hop flavor is still excellent. The bitterness is appropriate. The malt character is still excellent. What could have made the aroma go away?
Do I have any options besides dry hopping? I have more hops on order, but none on hand so it's not really an option for this batch which I brewed for an event in 3 days.
