I could be mistaken, but it looks like you may have wired the Flux Capacitor wrong

all the the wiring took about 2 weeks.

Of course it did! If you were like the rest of us it would have taken a few hours and you'd have the same nest of wires and the occasional short or fried relay that the rest of us have!
