Bugeater Wee Heavy
Batch size: 5.5 gallons
OG 1.112
FG 1.035
23 SRM
34 IBU
77% mash efficiency
18.00 lb Maris Otter
1.00 lb Light Munich
1.00 lb Crystal 60
0.50 lb Honey Malt
0.13 lb Black Patent
0.50 lb Pale Chocolate Malt
1.75 oz Goldings Whole 4.75% 60 min
1.00 oz Goldings Whole 4.75% 5 min
Yeast White Labs 028 Edinburgh Ale
Single infusion mash @ 154 for 90 min
Collect enough wort for a two hour boil (about 8.5 gallons)
Boil 1 gallon of first runnings down to 2 cups in a separate pot and add back to boil kettle.
Ferment at 63°F

I sent Sheen two of my last four bottles so time for me to brew it again for next fall. This one took 9 months to fully mature.
