Re: Honey Nut Beerio's

Many moons ago when I was in college, I would occasionally eat cereal with beer instead of milk. My experience was that regular Cheerios tasted better with beer than Honey Nut. Keep in mind that, at the time, I used American light lager as the accompanying beer. I hope my random thought proves helpful.

Peace!

just tapped this tonight. surprisingly tastier than I though for a first try on the recipe. I used a lb of toasted pecans and half pound toasted almonds, wow they really come through. I would probably add a bit more on the ho side of the recipe, but if your cravin a malty beer with a nutty twist, this is tasty. Maybe even back sweeten with some honey for a tad more honey flavor and aroma.
Cheers :jnj
