Mad props to Sean 'The Man' Paxton!

Sun Aug 31, 2008 1:50 pm

I was fortunate enough to have some friends vacationing in Maine last week concurrent with Ebenezer's Pub's Belgian fest. I made the trek from Los Angeles up the Belgian Beer Dinner which Sean prepared. AMAZING! Eleven courses of sheer gluttony! Both the food and beer were stellar. Still can't figure out what I liked the most. Put this event on your calendar for next year, you shall not be disappointed.

Props as well to Chris Lively for bringing it together, the pub is amazing and he had the entire Struise crew on hand as well.

Prost!

i was there too and it was amazing. some of those beers were sex in a glass! and each dish was outstanding. it was awsome to see the de struise blending earthmonk and Pannepot. it was so good. we had to have put a good sized dent in Lively's celler. i hope they do it again next year. i'll be there for sure.

The dinner was great. It was also really good to see the BN army bringing it strong. The whole event was F'ing amazing.
The time is near the mission clear,
Its later than you think, before you slip
into the night you'll want something to drink.
