Anyone brewed this from "Extreme Brewing" ?
It says to zest the peals and cut up chunks of blood oranges. Boil both in separate 1/2 gal water and add to fermentation.
Could I just juice the oranges, and add the juice?
Thus no chunks to deal with.
Maybe zest and add to boil at 15 min out?
Then filter out when transfering to fermentor.
