For 5 gallons:
75% Two-Row 10.3 lbs
15% Flaked Rice 2.06 lbs
10% Dark Munich 1.37 lbs
Now, if someone could convert those percentages to amounts for me, it would be aces!
The recipe looks good. With the thai basil, make sure just to use the leaves and the blossoms, no stems. The blossoms are the best part, so try to use those in the highest proportion. I used about 70% blossoms by weight.
The starting gravity is 16 P. I might have overstated it on the show. Use a yeast strain with very high attenuation for this one to get to around 1P-- our strain ranges around 88-94%. For flavor profile, I'd go with WLP550 or 570. Fermentation temp is around 75.
Cheers,
Patrick
