Congrats Thirsty! It will be a crazy year. I was in your shoes last year. I turned 30, bought a house, got engaged on move in day, all in the same month. It was an insane year, and we got married in December. So far I can't complain (but once you're branded, I mean wedded, then ask me again...)

Good luck!!!

Congrats other Thirsty.

I will differ from the standard response... I'm in year six of marriage to my Mrs Thirsty.. and I don't have a single bad thing to say about it. Best thing I ever did.

One word of advice .... if at all possible, run away to Vegas for your wedding. Don't invite anyone officially, just tell them what day its going to be on and if they want to come, to call your cell a day before to find out what Chapel its at. Then you can just go to a Casino for drinks after and buy a few rounds.

You'll save yourself a heap of money and stress.

If you choose the candlelight wedding chapel.. you might spot my name on the register :)

Congrats again.

Tonight I asked my girlfriend to marry me! She was shocked, but gave an emphatic YES! So looks like I officially have the future Mrs. Mallard!

Cheers to everyone!!!

Hey congrats. Also FYI, your site doesn't work at all in Firefox. I looked at the HTML code, and my god, there's 20,000 lines of it in there. What did you use to make it?

you need this https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1419 to add on to firefox and then it'll work....when you go and visit his page again...right click and then click on view in IE tab and it'll work for you :)

The links on the left of your site don't work in Firefox 2.0.0.6. I didn't investigate why.

I can't agree more with Thirsty Boy! ELOPE!!!!! We had a small wedding and it was a royal pain. I'm not complaining about the marriage, just the stress of the wedding day. The Cooperstown Benchwarmer Porter helped a lot!!! I had local microbrew. You've got to go craft beer, if not home brew!

Way to go buddy!

What everyone tells you about suffering and what-not, it true. What they don't tell you is it's worth it (i think).
