I got stuck eating leftovers at work today. Andouille sausage and chicken gumbo over rice, mixed greens salad with blue cheese and dried cranberries, whole wheat dill bread, and a mixed berry parfait for dessert. One of these days I will sit down to eat one of our really good meals!

I gave some of my saison to one of the guys I work with yesterday. Today he hooked me up with Beer Brats and sourkrout(sp?) The powers of homebrew.
