so i want to make a kriek, the traditional way not using acidified malts or adding critic acid or any other various cheating methods one can do. i know it can take like 6 to 8 months to do it this way and i was wondering if any one that has done it can set me in the right direction. such as is if a special mash schedule needed, where i can find the kriek cherries online, and like traditional recipes , stuff like that. thanks much for the help
