i worked evenings and nights for years. I work days now and get up at 4. I sleep about 4-5 hrs a day. what i find invaluable now is a nap if i can swing it. I coach baseball and football and practice usually starts at 6. i get home right about 4, if i can sneak in 30 min nap as soon as i walk in the door, i'm golden. if not, you better not f up at practice cause i'm gonna get ya!

The best thing the military taught me was when it is time to sleep, you sleep. It's like a light switch, time to sleep, done. i just wished that i actually would sleep until the alarm goes off. The body clock is highly tuned now. i just got back from 2 weeks vacation and i think the latest i slept was till 0430. sucks!
