I can't believe it but I've run out of hops! You guys have cleared out my fridge and made room for my harvest which I hope will be tremendous. I hope everyone who took part is able to make some killer beers. Now is your chance to brew that imperial IPA you've always dreamt of but never had enough hops to pull off. Finally my keg of IPA can go back in the fridge where it belongs. It's been fun but I'm glad to go back to being a brewer instead of a hop merchant. With luck I'll have the opportunity to rain hops down on the BN next year! :bnarmy:

Ironman, Thanks! I just finished repacking my hops into vacuum bags. My wife thought I looked like a dealer. Very cool of you to offer and ship all those hops. I'm now working on my Ironman IPA (IIPA) recipe. Let us know if these come up again next year. Although, I may still be working through this batch. :o

My wife thought I looked like a dealer too. My favorite part of my conversation with her:
Wife: How many pounds of hops do you need to make 5 gallons of beer?
Me: It takes ounces of hops for five gallons not pounds. And the local shop charges $2 an ounce.
Wife:How many pounds do you have out there?
Me: 107 lbs.
Wife: what are you charging?
Me: basically the shipping.
(I'm pretty sure she starting doing math at this point)

Mine arrived today. That box smelled great! They are now sitting in the freezer until I can get them packed into smaller bags.
