Many english ipa's are just pale malt and some invert sugar. I do it all the time. In fact I prefer it in the summer.

Did I ever mention how much I fuckin' love your Jewy ass?

'cuz it's a Jewish shit-ton. How much is that in your West Coast 4:20 dollars again?

Seriously, you're doin' a great job with the "Producer" garbage you California lackeys call work. The BNArmy is benefitting from your lack of exposure to the demotivational powers of long-term homebrewing (especially, it seems, long-term homebrewing in Pacheco). I'd suggest you stop now so you don't start getting lazy with everything else in your life. Your future, career, flacid cock, and girlfriend are counting on you.

Speaking of brewing...how's it goin'? Anything good, bad, or indifferent come down the chutes lately? What's next? I'm a bit fascinated by your journey into brewing. I think it would almost do more harm than good to have so many really great brewers...and Justin, too, I guess...around to "help" you along the way. Sometimes I just want to learn at my own (snail's) pace and I need everyone and their advice to just fuck off so I can make mistakes and learn from 'em (because you're definitely going to make mistakes, we all do/are).

No joke, thanks for what you're doin', Scott.

...fuckin' feelings...

Thanks, Wutz.

I have actually only brewed once since the batch we tasted on the show. It got infected I guess and it tasted like shit.

I really do need to do another brew day, it's just tough to motivate seeing as how I'm already swimming in beer as it is.

It will happen soon enough.

How about a white stout or porter?
