Common ground: I built a counter with sink and mini fridge up against my house on my back deck. On the end post I attached a bottle opener. The caps would fall down into a little quart pail that I would NEVER empty. They started to spill over and eventually would drop a few inches into the herb bed at the base of our large rosemary bush. After a while, I would just dump the pail over into the bed. I reached down and spread them around a bit. I think it looks really cool, and I may have my wife sold on the idea of this "art-decco" mulch. Recycling, holds moisture, never needs replacing! Eventually, I'll have enough to mulch the whole herb garden.

my basement has a drywall ceiling and there is a hole in this one spot that i can just fit my hand through and the empty can. I have been shoving empty can after can up in that space. Its going to be awesome when a future owner pulls down that ceiling someday and gets showered with Sully's cans.
