Heading to Dallas. Any recommendations on good brew pubs or brewery tours?

no.
if you can make it to ft. worth then dont miss the covey. best beer in the region.
hopefully rahr will be up and touring again soon. there is good beer to be had in dallas but as far as brewpub/brewery - dallas is stuck in 1985. franconia is quite a ways north of dallas - they brew german style beer and i think that they offer a tour. deep ellum brewery is reportedly in the works for later this year/spring.

Gotta second The Covey recommendation. I enjoyed my visit there. I have to go back.

I've done that. Not a clear shot anywhere on the knoll.
