Hi Nerds
What is your faworite acid for lowering the mash Ph ?
I have a water profile that is a pain in my ass. with bicarbonates at 347 ppm, 
and
Ca/97: Mg/18: Na/23:.SO4/30: Cl 38 
A waterprofile that is grat for stouts, but i really like to brew other beers to, yes I can add some Gypsum and have a great IPA water.
So right now i'm working to lowering my mash Ph with citric-acid, but I'm not happy with the results.
