I really need to get a digital scale... The scale I'm using just has notches and a needle... and I accidentally put more hops in than I had planned on. We're now at about 56 IBU. haha... woops

Try some NZ hops in there next time. No longer an American PA technically but I like the flavor. Riwaka rocks.
