Pro brewing podcast?

Baloo, I think you'll have to start seeking out resources that arn't in Podcast/audio format.

I'm working through the MMBA (Master Brewer's Association of the Americas) handbooks right now, and I think it will give you the perspective you are looking for. Also try hunting down a copy of Technology Brewing and Malting 3rd. Ed. by Wolfgang Kunze. You won't find it in borders or etc... try ebay or contact Siebel to get a copy/order form.

I don't know what kind of information you are looking for, but most of the podcasts on the BN are applicable to pro brewing, at least the brewing side.


Oh, and the Practical Handbook is pretty amazing. I need to pickup my own copy of that, too bad it is priced like a textbook.

I actually am reading the Practical Handbooks right now! They are great resources. I'm just trying to supplement my reading with other things. I also currently work a job where I listen to my ipod 8 hours a day, so I've gone through all of the BN archives twice over.

I'll second the recommendation on the Kunze book. While quite expensive, it is far and away the most comprehensive text I've come across.

You can also order it from Siebel (www.siebelinstitute.com), it is a required text for the degree program.
