Baloo - I'll still buy you a beer or two in Oakland if you like. I'm a lover, not a fighter. And a shitty poet.
The next morning I didn't remember winning DOTW, last I recall it was between you and McLarge, but after listening to the archive this week, it is coming back (must have really abused those particular memory cells during the last hour).
I got very hammered that day after finishing up brewing my first IPA and cleaning and putting away beer equipment. I have not done that in a long time. I think I forgot to eat that day and it crept up on me pretty fast. I had also just had my last day at a job I have had for over 11 years two days before - so I was in a festive mood.
I have to admit, after listening to the show over again, you had J (and most of the studio) laughing pretty hard when you came up with the idea for the new twist on "guess how many". And limerick you created for Doc was also classic. Both made for great radio and had me laughing pretty hard driving to work the other day. Blobber's out-tro capped it off pretty well.
See you on the little bus!
