FraggleFest is a festival meant to celebrate the life of Fraggle (AKA Comerade Barley) the kindhearted former owner of Beer Revolution in Downtown Oakland. He was a pillar in the craft beer scene, and his work and dedication were instrumental in helping to create the current boom in Oakland. The event will be Sunday, August 24th from noon to 5pm.
