Ten Fidy is damn tasty. Oskar Blues is pumping out some very high quality brews. At GABF last year, they had a good Flanders red called "The Duke of Lyons." They also were serving Ten Fidy aged with cherries at Falling Rock. I really enjoyed that stuff.

I bought a 4 pack the other day and cracked the can last night. GOD DAMN the stuff is wicked black, dark tan head with a very thick pour and a very full bodied beer. Nice and roasty, very complex. This is a one beer per evening. A very filling drink and no need to have a meal after drinking a can of this stuff.

Just had a can at a local bar, Mmmm, good! I go up to the pub from time to time and they typically have some kind of strange brew going a lot of times it's a ten fidy aged on oak or fruit, man those are great!

Pairing suggestion: a good cigar

Won't using a cigar in place of water make your pancakes a little dry?
