Stone 14 Emperial IPA

Had the pleasure of enjoying one of these last week very interesting hop profile (all british). I would definately buy this again. I did not actually review this beer when I drank it so sorry for the lack of discriptors but it's definetely worth picking up.

i had one a few weeks ago as well. Hops are Target, East Kent Goldings and Boadicea. I usually don't care for English IPAs however like the bottle says "this one is different" The color is just as pale as the palest west coast IPAs.

I feel like they brewed this all english ingredient beer with a similar process as a west coast IPA (ie, pale malt, not much caramel malt and aggressive late hopping)

The bottle mentions imported "white malt". not exactly sure what white malt is. any ideas.

I don't know if I would buy this one again fresh. I have a feeling that this beer will be much tastier when aged out for about a year.
