Don't drink it. Cook with it or give it away for Halloween. Maybe some kids in the neighborhood will enjoy it!

Oh, I'll drink it. Sometime soon, I will be out of cash, the homebrew will be gone, and I will want beer. There's even some Coors Light, Tecate, and a Blue Moon in that fridge. I also have an 8 year old 40 oz bottle of Old English. I have been afraid to open the bottle! :eek

yeah, after writing that last post i went home and drank another. first sip was pretty decent, but then after it warmed a bit i got the same things. just seems unbalanced. and i detect a bit of cat piss.

I wonder if anybody has ever tried cellaring a 40 oz. of Steel Reserve.
