St. Bernardus Tripel
ABV? Estimated about 9%

The date on it is 28 01 11
i think it was brewed 5 years prior to this date
January 28 2006

Classic Belgian Tripel

So clean sweet and dry(very similar to Leffe)
Sweet Corn flavors

As it warms I get wood
in the background
its such a warm and inviting flavor
like fresh popped popcorn around the campfire

strong corn flavor with hints of pear and citrus

As it warms to about 70F...Amazing woodsy earthy sweet floral flavor and aromas all mixed together
4 and 3 point stars
Enjoy Great Beer!

Unibroue Quater Centenial

7.5 % ABV
Belgian Farm Ale
date?

When I opened the bottle I got a whiff of a very spicy aroma and knew we were in for a treat.

Sweet, bitter and hoppy Belgian Farm/dubbel

This is a very complex beer
many flavors and aromas

The beer changes or evolves as it gets warmer
Very clovey and spicy flavor
Sweet good mouthfeel - Not overly dry

Also has that Earthy Belgian Farmhouse Barn yard flavors and aromas
Amazing as it warms...

This was brewed to celebrate Quebec's 400 year Anniversary
Beevo would like it
cause I know how much she likes Canada
Enjoy Great Beer!

Cheers Brothas! here's another one:

Orval Trappist Ale
Date brewed? ABV 8%?

Very faint sweet cherry aroma
It's so light and delicate
like a cotton candy that dissovles
on your tongue and then gone

There's this musty strawlike dusty floavor
in the middle
It clears so soft and the gone

Earthy sweet and sour aroma as it warms
Pleasantly sour finish that beckons for more
Enjoy Great Beer!

Where are you getting the 8% Orval? Maybe it's a typo. I've only seen it as 6.9%.

I crave this beer. I savor each sip. I am sad when I do not have any in the fridge. This beer is f-ing awesome - and if my clone works out - I will have 5 gallons of it in about 2 months from now.
