Stopped in at Rubicon on Friday and was excited to see they have 2 Odonata beers on tap right now. Pilot batches of Winter Witch (Belgian dark strong matured in red wine barrels) and Rosa (sour beer.) Not a fan of sours yet so I cant really tell if that one is good, but the witch is wicked. Enjoyed a couple glasses. Not great at describing what i am drinking, but this had a little bit of a different finish that was very enjoyable. If you are in the area, check it out. Keep em coming odonata. Sorry to hear the saison didn't turn out. Looking forward to the next one.
