Thanks for the info Mylo!! That was a guesstimation, I could not find the ABV on the bottle. That's why there is a ? after ABV. Wow I was off a whole percent. I think I'm losing my touch. :drink

I love Orval. I pitched the dregs from a couple Orvals into 5 gallons of a Blonde, along with a little oak, and let it sit for a month in the carboy. I dry hopped it for a week with 2 oz of Sorachi that I didn't know what else to do with and after a month in the keg it turned out pretty nice, a little tangy and citusy and some mellow Brett characteristcs.

Ah, you can't convert them all... Duvel is awesome. Sometimes forgettably awesome. I hadn't had a bottle for a few months cuz I was experimenting with other new brews. I recently had one and I remember saying how I forgot how good that beer actually is.
