Brewing Brothas & Sistas,
Hope all finds you well. A person I met in my part of Kansas has asked for assistance from home brewers. He has one last bottle of a beer his dad brewed. Before he went to crack it, he saw that the recipe for the beer was on there. Thus he went on one of the local F---B--K communities and asked for help. My wife volunteered me and after talking to the nice guy, I want to help him.
Here is the Recipe with minor adjustments for rounding out the grain bill. %'s and SRM added by Brewsmith.
8.0 oz Caravienne Malt (22.0 SRM) Grain 1 4.2 %
4 lbs Amber Dry Extract (12.5 SRM) Dry Extract 2 33.9 %
4 lbs Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) Dry Extract 3 33.9 %
3 lbs 4.8 oz Pilsner Liquid Extract (3.5 SRM) Extract 4 28.0 %
2.00 oz Styrian Goldings [5.40 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 5 26.8 IBUs
1.00 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 20.0 min Hop 6 8.3 IBUs
