Belgian Specialty Ale?

I whipped together a little batch a few weeks ago and just racked it to a secondary today. I'm not too sure what category it falls in exactly, but it is quite tasty. Maybe you guys can help me.

3 lbs Briess Pilsen DME
3 lbs Briess Bavarian Wheat DME
3 lbs Briess 2 Row Pale
0.50 lbs Munich
0.50 lbs Vienna
0.50 lbs Aromatic Malt
1.25 lbs Table Sugar
0.50 oz Coriander Seed
0.50 oz Bitter Orange Peel

1 oz Srisslespalt - 60 min
1 oz Saaz - 30 min
1 oz Styrian Goldings - 15 min

Wyeast 3711 Yeast

Looks to me like a pretty solid saison. Or perhaps a belgian single depending on how much the yeast character shines through.

Yeah, I can see that. I was thinking maybe a blonde, but 8 SRM is a little dark for that. I can't wait to bottle condition it and let it sit for a while. It should be pretty good.

Maybe a Belgian Pale Ale?

Is it better to bottle this style of beer or is it ok to keg it? Most ppl say Belgian styles are best when bottle conditioned.
