Hello BN army,
I'm looking to make a Blueberry Stout for NHC 2014 in grandrapids MI, However, I do not have a recipe. I wanted to make my own up, but did not know what kind of stout recipe to use ie: Oatmeal, Dry, Chocolate ect......... So if you are going to NHC 2014 and want a GREAT Blueberry Stout on club night any and all info would be great.

Thanks in Advance,

I certainly haven't used Blueberries in any batches I've done but I suggest picking up a mixed 6 pack of your favorite American Stout, Dry Irish Stout, Oatmeal Stout, Milk Stout, Russian Imperial, etc... and drink them while eating blueberries. See which combos and flavors you think work well and which ones don't. Build a recipe off of what you think works.
